Shipping policy

1. Free Shipping on All Orders We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all Sydium products. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.

  • International Shipping: We currently ship to select international markets. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 7-15 business days.

4. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes Please note that some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your carrier falls into this group, we will contact you for an alternative address.
